disable inactive users

Hello community,

is there a setting or a way how to audit or automatically disable inactive users which have not been actively logged-in for eg. last 90 days?

Thank you

Hello @MM_10991077 ,

Currently, there is no function that would automatically disable inactive users

The Logins Tab on the System Admin/Audit page can be used to find users who have not logged in for the last 90 days.

Alternatively, you can build a Report using the Last Login.

Hello RiverSide,

thank you for feedback.

It is sad that such basic function is not integrated in Codebeamer.

Another missing feature is user license type consumption overview for certain period of time.
