Did you try boundary blend?

I selected both sketch in boundary blend but it is not working. Any suggestion how to do it.

A surface is created how to convert it into solid.

You can create a fill feature for both the top and bottom.

Then merge the 3 surfaces into a single quilt.

You can then Solidify the quilt.

Thanks a lot with your assistance I was able to create the required model. The finished model with rendering in Autodesk Inventor is below. I am not good in rendering in Creo hopefully in future I would learn it.....Well thanks a lot once again....

Happy I could help. Looks great!

As I said earlier I was able to create the model but one thing is more required, that I was able to do in other CAD application . Deformation in model as affected by using an opener....Bending a part along a line option in Creo if so how can it do it. ...

Creo has a warp feature for this, and a more advanced Spinal Bend feature.
