Query Builder help

Is there any way to do regular expression type matches (similar to Perl scripting language) with Query Builder? What I would like to do is match patterns instead of simple wildcard searches or exact match searches.

Anyone know how to do this?

You can stack the matches with AND and OR, but I don't recall as much flexibility as regex.
