Thanks for all the quick responses.
On site reports PTC will be doing maintenance on the web site this
weekend, would be a logical explanation for why I could not access the
website applications. Several other sites are experiencing the same loss
of access (=loss of service)
And other sites report that, yes, PTC's web services supposed to be
available on the weekends to maintenance paid customers
