As a work-around, I would paste in to MS Word. They have an all caps option in formatting.

I know it's not what you are after but much better than re-typing.

Hi Stephen,

I have been using Word for this and spell checking for years.  You would think that while PTC is working on the UI they would look hard at adding this along with automatic spell checking as you type. No reason today to have to go thru a 3rd party program to take care of spelling and text formatting for standard functions when most applications do these things automatically.
