API to find part by user symbol

Hi,

I have user symbol of type IpfcDetailSymbolInstItem on drawing. I want to find the component in assemly to which attached the user symbol. How I can make it via vb api? Especially interesting case of symbol attaching on a silhouette and consequently IpfcUnsupportedAttachment type of attachment.
