Is there an API that can listen for user actions when creating or deleting annotations by toolkit?

Hi, Is there an API that can listen for user actions when creating or deleting annotations through the toolkit?

For feature creation, I know I can use pfcDefaultSolidActionListener->OnAfterFeatureCreate.

However, I’d like to know if there’s an API specifically for annotations. I want to monitor when a user creates annotations from Creo70> Annotate > Dimension. Thank you!
