Multiple Points measurement output ?

Is there a technique that does not involve a toolkit to measure and output
X,Y,Z point data between multiple datum points
on a surface to one Coordinate Sys. ??

I am only able to select a single datum point with any Analysis measurement
tool.
Even using the CTRL-F Find menu it will only allow one datum point.

On M170 WF4 currently.

Thanks in advance.....
