Pro/E Customization API license cost

Dear Community members,

Does anyone have information about the cost involved for Creo Pro/Toolkit license cost. I am planning to kick start a development effort on the creo Pro/Toolkit (+ Object toolkit side). I would be interested to know the cost involved for following APIs. Would you someone can help with me. Also please refer the attachment for the specific information I am seeking.
