Toolkit ribbon

Hello

We are having many developed application for toolkit and same are available to users through ribbon... Application available to user are governed by ui ribbon file present into text directory of Creo installation... Parellaly, we do develop application on system and for development and testing purposes, new command are added into new ribbon file saved into text folder of application development being done by us.

Now actual issue comes... Once we get Creo started from normal Location, not from application development folder, few times new command gets available into released ribbon file into creo text directory... Sometimes, new command are not available (which is desirable condition) in main creo ribbon, we do add command in ribbon and save the same... After save, sometimes on different machines, ribbon saved contains newly added command twice (one from we added newly and another from where is not sure but it is similar to what we try in development folder)...

Is there anything I am missing for ribbon file? We should be able to update released ribbon for all users even though development machine contains something extra command under development and those should not added into released ribbon...

Any thoughts? Feel free to ask for clarification if needed..

We have Creo 3.0 M120

Thanks and Regards
Ketan

Let me give you example to make it more clear.

There are 5 commands a , b,c , d and e are developed into toolkit and already deployed on all user system. Ribbon file contains these 5 commands and that file is present into text directory of Creo.

For instance, system A is development system where we are trying to develop new command f. So, new ribbon is saved in text directory of this application folder. Assume that application is fully developed and f command can be released to all users now... What we do for the same is that we open creo and it automatically loads ribbon having a to e command (from creo text directory). Issue is that sometimes , this ribbon ocontains f as well and if it doesn't contain , we added it and then release updated ribbon to all uses... This time it might contain f command twice in ribbon... What could be the issue? How to avoid this ? Currently, we are doing new command addition in ribbon on the system on which development is not done and ensures that no additional ribbon command are released to users.
