VB-API and Excel VBA

Hello, I am a beginner in VB API. I have gone through the user guide. I am good in Excel VBA. Is it possible to control Creo VB API through Excel VBA? If yes, then can some one help me in creating a short sample Excel VBA program to get model name of the active model in session.

Thanks in advance,

Sachin Mahajan

Yes, it is.  If you are looking at the PDF version of the M190 VB API User Guide, it should talk about VBA setup starting on page 19.

Hello,

where can I find 《VB API User Guide》? thanks

Hi,

You can find it in this topic: Re: VB API User Guide for Creo 2.0
