ucore46.dll missing for protoolkit

Hello

creo4.0 is not working on windows 10, it keeps giving me this message "the program can't start because ucore46.dll is missing from your computer when I run exe. ensured that dll is present into installation folder but its still not working.

I am using Creo 4.0 M050 and do not have any issue. Looks like need to reinstall ?

Hope your machine is 64bit. Obviously it will be 64 but just asking.

yes it is 64 bit only. And tried reinstalling thrice but no success!

We have Creo 4.0 M030

Try to add <Creo Parametric 4.0 Common Files folder>\x86e_win64\lib to PATH environment variable.
Dll must be in this path
