Struggling to connect to Kepserver EX. Any suggetions

Has Kepware been throwing any specific errors or warnings? Also, which driver is being used to connect Kepware to the other device?

The PLC is bachmann PLC MC212 and On kepserver we are using the OPC DA client. No Specific error it doesnt detect the PLC
