Hi, first of all thanks for the reply.
I've tried this procedure before, but as our license has already expired support I can't do much with Kepware's direct support.
I will continue to research as I look into the issue of renewing support.

To renew the support end date of the license ID you would need to submit a ticket through the My Kepware portal. You can select 'submit a support ticket' and it will be routed appropriately and we can assist.

I understood. In that case we have to hire a new support correct? Is the proposal for the value of this renewal made directly by Kepware or by a partner company? We are located in Brazil.
While we haven't made our application, it's still stopped.
