I am experiencing an issue when browsing/importing OPC UA server tags into Kepware. Several tags that are present on the OPC UA server do not appear in Kepware after the browse/import process.
Details:
The missing tags are not visible in the Kepware browse tree, so I cannot import/add them to my datalogger.
I have verified the tags exist and are accessible from the OPC UA server side.
I also confirmed using UAExpert that the missing tags are readable, and their data type is Float (so they do not appear to be unsupported types).
Could you please advise what could cause Kepware to omit certain OPC UA nodes during browsing/import, and which Kepware settings or troubleshooting steps I should review to ensure all tags are discovered and available for import?

However, when running Tag Generation, it gives warning message of data type unknown
When try to import, the tags are shown in imported items
OPC-UA Server has tags under folder AHU/01 such as RA_RH, RA_T, SA_RH, etc.
The final results, several tags are missing.
I check the datatype on the OPC-UA server and all configured as "Native"
But after I check the others tag's dataype (like Airflow tag, etc), it also configured as "Native"
However the other tags (like Airflow) still inserted properly

I have an update based on additional testing.
I am able to see the previously missing tags in OPC Quick Client within Kepware, which suggests the OPC UA connection and browsing are working and the server is exposing the tags correctly. However, when I try to add/select these same tags for the Datalogger, they still do not appear (or cannot be selected), so I am unable to include them in logging.
Could you please advise:
Why a tag would be visible in OPC Quick Client but not available/visible for selection in the Datalogger? Whether there are any Datalogger limitations or filters (e.g., data type support, quality requirements, access rights, tag naming/length, browse settings, channel/device configuration) that could prevent certain OPC UA items from being added for logging? Any recommended troubleshooting steps to identify what is blocking these specific tags from being added?

OPC Quick Client shows the missing tag
UA expert running time also can access the tag, however only datalogger that cannot access it.
