Changing window parameters size in EMX ...

Hello
Does anyone know how to change the window size of EMX parameters by default when I want to insert a component?
The window is smaller than it should be ...
I send attached two images; one as it is and the other as it should be. When I want to insert a component it looks like the first image and after changing a parameter the window gets bigger as shown in the second image

if you provide information what Creo and EMX version you are using then I hope @tschneyer will answer you question.
