Question about error in post processor

Working with NC_Sheetmetal, post processing does not turn on the torch. Machine needs a G58 to turn it on and a G59 to turn off. the .lst file has this where the turn on should happen;

10>TORCH/ON
10 10 ***WARNING***
+ INVALID MAJOR WORD - TORCH , IGNORED
11>PIERCE/ON,CONST
11 11 ***WARNING***
+ INVALID MAJOR WORD - PIERCE, IGNORED

I know it has to be I have made an error in the post processor setup but I don't know where.

FYI, the "torch" is actually a router head but as long as the TORCH/ON puts a G58 in the code I will be fine.

Thanks for any help

Mike,

You need to add these word to your vocabulary file first. Do a search in some topics form a few months ago. Fred Nemecek from Austin NC has answered the solutions for this.
Regarding the G58/G59 issue, once you fix the vocabulary stuff, you can add some FIL code to do that for you.

Daniel/Mike,

These words are already in the vocabulary table (uncmil.v00), you just need
a FIL section for each of them to output what you need.
