The Software Group Industrial Division has an opening for a demonstrably successful business development specialist in enterprise software solutions, to represent NAIAD’s complete line of solutions from PTC. Products will span PTC’s entire product development system family, with an initial focus on Creo Elements and Windchill. The individual will have overall responsibilities for creating new opportunities and manage existing PTC software accounts. The position is located in NAIAD’s head office in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and reports to the VP – Business Operations. This is a demanding, intense position driven by quarterly targets and a high volume of interaction with clients. Desk drivers and phone handlers need not apply.
Candidates must possess provable skills and demonstrated sales success within a channel sales framework. Candidates must be accustomed to dealing with prospective clients at the senior management level; know intimately the character of each product; and be willing to abide by the channel sale methodology embraced by NAIAD. To be successful, the candidate must, above all else, possess a passion for the art of selling, an ability to work autonomously, and a drive to succeed motivated by financial gains . Other ideal requirements include:
Previous experience with the sale of PTC products and services; or
Previous experience with the sale of PTC’s competing solutions;
At least three years of direct experience with enterprise solution selling, with a minimum of $400,000 in annual revenues, in the industrial, manufacturing or consulting sectors;
Willingness to travel in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan to meet new and existing clients;
Proven success to work within a base + commission compensation scheme with no upper limit on earning potential.
