An Unhandled exception ERROR - PROBLEM

MathCad gives an error when I try to write an expression on it.
The error: An Unhandled exception occurred on the dispatcher thread. See ....log.

How can I solve this problem.

I read in community that Turkish Windows OS may be a cause for this error.

I changed my Windows OS language from Turkish to Russian. It works.
