Cannot find network license

My company, Aerolab LLC, purchased a floating network license for Mathcad. PTC support installed Mathcad Prime 9 remotely for us. He gave us no information as to where the license is located or how to access it. I am trying to Install and activate another copy of Mathcad to use this floating network license. Please help.
