Without further information there's nothing we can do.
First you will need to tell what trial version of Prime you were using, and what the version of Prime is for which you now seem to have a license.
Note that a version of Prime can read all sheets made with previous versions of Prime, but you cannot save sheets to an older version.
If you have both versions of Prime on the same machine, and the files, then you can run both Primes simultaneously. Open a file in the newer (higher) Prime version. Then copy regions and paste them in a new sheet on the older Prime. Finally you save the file from the older Prime.
If you need more help, come back here.

Thank you for your response.
The first picture is how it looks when I open my old files from Mathcad Prime 11 into the new software my school gave me (Mathcad Prime 2.0) and the second picture is how it looks when I try to copy and paste the contents over from 11 --> 2.
Attach the worksheet file and I'll see what I can do.

I have a bunchh of files like that. I'll attach one and if you figure it out then you tell me and I can do the rest. Or I can send you all. Let me know.
Thank you!
The Prime 11 file uses a feature that was introduced in Prime 11, so it is not supported in Prime 1 through 10. The feature is 'custom unit system'.
You cannot set it using Prime Express, so you must have used a file that had this setting. But you can set the unit system to another (like SI .or USCS ..)..
This is not to say that this will solve the not being able to copy regions over.
Additionally you should know that the storage of text between Prime 2 and Prime 11 is completely different, so I haven't found a way to bring them over.
Anyway, I managed to 'downversion' your file.
See if you can open the attached file in Prime 2
Success!
