The computer I have installed matlab 14 on doesn't have access to the internet

Matlab is another product from another company.

 

If you mean Mathcad 14, that's been end-of-saled a long time ago.

I manage the Creo and PTC Mathcad YouTube channels for PTC, as well as all PTC Mathcad marketing in general.
