License setup Installation problem

Now I'm installing MathCad 14 to my new PC. During MathCad License Setup procedure after complete "Account Information" and push button "Finish" I have got message about "Unexpected Error" -
"The server committed a protocol violation.
Section=ResponseHeader Detail = CR must be followed by LF ".

I also tried to use button "Enter" but result was same.
What are you recommend me in this situation?

This Error appeared during installation licensed MathCad 14 from installation disk (not trial version).
