Refer link https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download to download trial Mathcad Prime. Then,

  1. Install and launch Mathcad Prime
  2. Click top left Mathcad Prime icon(M') > select  Options from the drop down menu
  3. Select License tab > Get trial License
