MathCAD Prime 7.0.0.0 will no longer initialize

I am using MathCAD Prime 7.0.0.0 and it will no longer initialize. I am looking for version downloads on your website.

You have to be more informative about your problem.

What do you mean with 'will no longer initialize' ?

Can you start the program and does it then run; if not, does it show an error message?
