MathCAD is not working on my computer

MathCAD is not working on my computer and I bought a license. I am using Windows 10 through Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro. The program will work for 2 days and then when I try to open it, the flash screen appears but the program never opens. I would delete matched and reinstall it but I ran out of the limits to use my license each time I reinstall the program.

Try if below helps:

1. Do the following actions as an Administrator:
   • Rename the file MathcadPrime.exe.Config to old_MathcadPrime.exe.Config in the location C:\Program Data\PTC\Mathcad Prime or where you installed Mathcad Prime to
   • Rename the folder PTC to old_PTC in the location C:\Users\%username%\Appdata\Local, or as related to your personal user name
   • Clear temporary files on this machine
   • This should solve the issue
2. Else:
   • Uninstall the application, reboot the machine and reinstall Mathcad Prime
3. Else:
   • Copy the whole Mathcad Prime folder from the location C:\ProgramData\PTC from a machine on which Mathcad Prime is up and running
   • Paste it to the same location on the machine, which is having the issue
