Mathcad Prime 7 doesn't start

Hi,
I'm using Mathcad for 3 years now in my school. I have installed it on my PC too, but since yesterday Mathcad doesn't start anymore. I only see the Mathcadlogo and then it disappears. I also have a licensekey activated. Maybe you can help me solve this, because i need this programm for exams and some other things.
