Mathcad installation don't started

Have a nice day!
I get a mathcad licence code and a download link from You. After I downloaded the pim_installmgr_mathcad.exe file; but when I try to install the .exe, the extracting beeing complete, my laptop loaded a flew seconds, and don't happend anything else.
Could You help me, what could be the matter with my pc?

 Hi,

1. Use this link to download 7.0 version: https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp

2. Run "PrimeWixinstaller_64bit.msi" from the ptcsh0 folder of installer.
