Solved: Mathcad is blank and showing break lines

We are currently using standalone Matchcad 14 and 15.

We are encountering issue with the software. Mathcad is blank and showing break lines. Please advise how to rectify and also how to update the software.

Hi no need to update the software.

We encounter the issue after upgrade to windows 11.

We downgrade again to windows 10. Then everything is working fine already
