Need new Mathcad 15 and Prime 3.0 licenses for a new Windows 11 computer

I have an old copy of Mathcad 15 and Prime3.0 installed on a Windows 10 computer which was purchased 2/8/2014 . I need Windows 11 licenses for both as I purchased a new computer.

Thank you Terry!  I was able to work my way through the electronic provisioning documents and got Prime 3.0 licensing and up and working, but hesitated attempting to install Mathcad 15 as I didn't know how downloading and installing Net Frame 3.5 and some earlier versions might affect my new Windows PC.  If anyone has successfully done this without deleterious effects, that would be appreciated.  Here's a link to a good article on how to accomplish what I did:   - PTC Community.https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/How-to-obtain-Mathcad-Single-User-and-Student-Licenses/m-p/706384#M16
