Need to acquire Mathcad 14 license from PTC licensing server

I recently re-installed Mathcad 14 on my laptop computer, but I am still unable to acquire my Mathcad license from the PTC licensing server.

Can you please help me fix this?

Due to licensing restrictions of code used by all MathCAD versions prior to MathCAD Prime 7, PTC can no longer issue licenses to use the older versions.
