Not able to re-install the Mathcad to a new system

Hi I have purchased and have a valid license for Mathcad with order number : #1212582074439. Company name, Deepblue pvt. LTD. We have deleted the Mathcad in one system and now trying to reinstall the software which we could not able to install.

We need a technical assistance for this.

What specific problems do you have during installation?

It says License File cannot be generated. I also need contact number to call and verify my order number. 

Is there any official email for MATHCAD service. I am a paid customer and I cannot able to get any technical support ??
