I tried to solve the problem using the tips you provided in the response.
2. Cause: Bug with Windows security update KB4055002 for Microsoft.Net Framework 4.7.1 I tried uninstalling it, but the software still doesn't work.
When I run the setup file, it displays a green screen for 2 seconds, then closes the software. I have important material in the software that I urgently need to send.
I'm not very familiar with computer techniques.
Please help me find a way to successfully run the software again.

Have you tried the following steps:
1. Create a backup (or just archive) of the config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
2. Delete the current config file (in this directory: C:\Users\CurrentUser\AppData\Local\PTC\).
3. Run Mathcad Prime again.
