Problem re-installing MathCad 15

I am unable to start my MathCad 15. Getting the message "The application failed because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command link sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I am not a computer expert, and I believe to best fix would be to re-install my MathCad 15 app. What is your advice? How can I re-install my MathCad 15 app.

Thank you for your rapid reply to my question.  I was able to solve my problem by following the instructions given in your youtube suggestion.
