In January 2024 the license file contained following INCREMENT blocks:
INCREMENT MathcadPrime
INCREMENT MATHCAD
INCREMENT 254
INCREMENT 255
INCREMENT 256
INCREMENT 257
Today the license file contains following INCREMENT block, only:
INCREMENT MathcadPrime
License file belongs to old permanent locked Mathcad license bought in the distant past.
Can someone explain it? Maybe @DJNewman?

Hi Vivek,
today I closed C17912794, because the very same problem was resolved via customer's case C17908925. The problem was caused by missing information in PTC's license database. After correcting this information, license generator is generating proper license file.
Hi,
I would like to get an answer from a responsible person at PTC. Can you arrange it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi @MartinHanak,
Thanks for the heads-up. We'll address this and see what can be done.

I checked and found 2 links, please let me know if any of these helps
Article - CS344202 - End of distribution, end of purchase, no download of installation media for Mathcad up to release 15 and Mathcad Prime 1.0 to 6.0

Hi Vivek,
unfortunately links your provided did not explain situation described in my original post.
On 9-June-2025 PTC launched a new version of the web pages from which the license file can be downloaded. I guess that this is the source of the problem. Simply said new "generator" returns license file containing single INCREMENT MathcadPrime block. The old "generator", which was in operation until 8-June-2025, returned the 6 INCREMENT blocks mentioned in my post.
So I am looking for the explanation, why new "generator" returns wrong license file.
Note: In the case of old permanent locked Mathcad licenses bought in the distant past, PTC promised to provide license files containing Mathcad 15.0 codes as addition to Mathcad Prime licenses.
