I have tried transferring my license to a new host ID. I accidentally transferred the license to an old host. When I tried again, I received this notification "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com"
Then, I emailed the lady that I worked with to get the license. She referred me to a
Access Enablement & Distribution Senior, who forwarded my email to a couple of peers and ultimately said "Since you already have the product code for Mathcad, we recommend you to try to move your product using the steps listed here: Transferring Mathcad Single User or Student lice... - PTC Community
Mathcad Educational Users are not supported by Access Enablement department therefore we suggest you to use the Mathcad Community page for further details: Mathcad - PTC Community
Thank you for understanding.
Have a nice day!"
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?
1.st: don't SHOUT.
2nd: Try to follow the procedure described by the link provided to you for transferring.
3rd: if that fails, see if you can find better info here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/All-About-Mathcad-Software-Installation/m-p/706433#M26
Success!

I was trying to highlight my question, not shout.
The instructions in the email lead me to the same thing as the link you sent for your 3rd bullet point. The problem is when I submit a request to transfer the license over to my new computer, I get this "Thank you for using Mathcad. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. To upgrade to the latest version of Mathcad, please visit store.ptc.com".
If you dive deeper, someone in the same situation got this response:
You should request for a license manually by providing your Mathcad product code and physical address of Ethernet adapter using the following web case logger:
http://support.ptc.com/support/mathcad_supportCenterSingleUser.htm
The license file will be sent via E-mail.
The problem here is when I fill out the form for case logger, I cannot move on to step 2. I click next and nothing happens...
I guess your only chance of getting Mathcad to run on your new machine is to get in contact with someone of PTC support...
Success!
