XMCT file conversion problems

I want to look at an XMCT file.
For this I got the 30 days trial version PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0.
When converting the file I get the feedback "Failed".
What can I do to be able to work with the file after all.

ich will mir eine XMCT-Datei anschauen.
Dafür habe ich mir die 30-Tage Testversion PTC Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0 geholt.
