If you indeed purchased Creo, you have an eSupport Portail access.
Go there.
File a Licensing case and the team will help you out.
I'm guessing that he purchased PTC Mathcad Prime 11 from the PTC Store, specifically the student edition. And student licenses don't give an entitlement for PTC Support portal stuff; instead we say to go to the Community.
We can't diagnose the issue here since there isn't really any info provided.
