license request failed

I cant use the Trial-Licence, that i got via email. Error message:
8/2/2022 10:32:24 AM : The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\MathCAD Lizenz\sw_license_email_XXXX.dat: (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

what did i do wrong? I installed mathcad on a virtual machine in azure, in Amsterdam.
