Can't insert image in Mathcad Express Prime 4.0

We are unable to load images - started with Prime 3.1 so I installed Prime 4.0 - still can't load image. I click Ctrl+4 and it opens the dialog to search for image file - select file click open and only thing in the file is the dialog box 'Browse for image' I tried .jpg & .gif images same result. Any help?

That's fine to insert them originally - but once I save and re-open the file the images are gone and only the 'Browse for Image' box is there - and then when i browse and select the image does not insert.

Use please the old good Mathcad 15 with commands and functions of works with images.

Would if it was free - it worked in express before - wondering why not now?

I found my issue - the computer had FIPS security enabled - once I turned that off the images are fine
