Cannot get a 3D surface plot in M14

The attached file has a simple function F9(x,y) for which I cannot get a 3D surface plot using Mathcad 14, whereas it will give me a contour plot. When I saved the file as type mcd and tried it in Mathcad 13 it worked fine.

It's fine. You need to repair your installation of Mathcad 14.
