Coordinates of points of uniform mesh

Hello everybody!

I need to create an uniform mesh, but i can't get needed form of the result. Is my approach for generation of the coordinates correct? Please see attached file for the problem.

Took some thinking, but CreateMesh function can be used.

edit: Better version (more than 2 x 2) substituted.
