Correct syntax to calculate moments from a PSD?

I am struggling to get the correct syntax to calculate the moments from a PSD. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Attached is the theoretical equations. I have a "discrete" input PSD (freq,PSDvalue) (from an input file which I allocate to mcd" vector") but cannot get the correct syntax

Shouldn't it just be this?
