Attached is a copy of MathCAD worksheet on dynamic analysis I'm working on based on Dr. Novak paper, my goal is to solve the equations and generate the values numerically and also be able to plot the graphs. Would anybody who is an expert on dynamic analysis please help.

I think your asking a little too much of forum members to help with this. Why not try and break the problem down and explain were you are struggling.
