Defining "safe Zone" with Graph - Part II

Not working because I have left the local variable allocation (<--) and use Return ! it's was a left over of some testing !!!

I a still playing with my "Safe Zone" definition and managed to make the slope a function a variable (ratio) rather than being "fixed". However in this caswe I am unable to plot the graph ( I only get part of it) and I suspect it's something to do with the way I defined the function. Any help or hint appreciated
