I downloaded the free version of Prime 3.1 and now am trying to install the free 30 day trial. Everytime I go to log on so I can do so, this message pops up:
The bottom link sends you to a webpage where you are asked to change your password. I have tried this numerous times and know the password is correct because I am able to log in to my account to write this post. I have also attempted this at different times throughout the day to try and see if that helped, and it has not. Has anyone else had this issue resolved?
