File Coverter Grayed Out On Express Trial

Hello, 

I am evaluating Mathcad Prime 8s file converter capabilities through the express trial to convert 14 and 15 files. The converter tab is grayed out and I cannot click it. Any suggestions as to why?

Are you still in your 30 days trial period or is the software already fallen back to limited Express mode?

When you installed Prime, did you enable the installation of the converter? Per default its not enabled! You may run the installer again to install and enable the converter if you didn't.

Hi Werner - I believe that might be the issue as I am still in the 30 day period. Is there a specific link or pop-up that I can find to install the converter?
