Check the units of the RHS of the fy/Ed equation. The first term is dimensionless; the second term has units of Pa^-1 because of the Ed in the denominator.

The LHS of the equation Alan is referring to should be Jacob_pcr/Ed; check the image equation to the right.

sorry i made a mistake.
but i try to find alpha, beta for different thickness (alpha and beta are not constant for all thickness)
pcr also varies with different alpha, beta for different thickness
please help to solve

Find will find variables but not functions. You have defined alpha mad beta as constant functions!
