Getting data in form to graph multiple variables, with multiple values

Please see attached. I can display each ANS(h) for all the vairables answered in the simultaneous equation as shown. However, would like to graph each of the vairables (for example F1Dx) versus (h).

Where h is in parenthesis - on the attached F1Dx(10)=5595, F1Dx(14)=3737, F1Dx(20)=2252, etc.. for each different values of h. What I want to do is graph all this versus the chang in h please.
