Gosts in the System (save file name)

It seems that the "Spirit" name (Beta/project name) has hung around as the "Save As" asks to save as "Spirit Packages(*.mcdx)" rather than Prime or Mathcad Prime.

The process is also listed as PTC.Spirit in the Task Manager list.

Spirit was the internal code name. It will be gone by the time we ship.
